Lynne Plum Duffey comes from the north side of Chicago and attended Mundelein College, then obtained her law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1989. She has over 20 years of experience representing injured people not only in automobile and premises liability cases but also against negligent doctors, hospitals, clinics and nursing homes as well as manufacturers of consumer, industrial and medical products.
Lynne has successfully pursued claims involving complex medical issues such as children brain-injured at birth, delays in diagnosis of cancer, cardiac care, emergency medicine, organ transplants, drug toxicity, spinal cord injuries, and proper hospital and nursing home care of the elderly.
Results include a $3,500,000 settlement for brain injury to a child born at 25 weeks gestation, a $2,350,000 settlement for a woman whose diagnosis of cervical cancer was delayed, and a $2,000,000 jury verdict in a case of delayed treatment of uterine sarcoma.
